FXO Gateways In India | FXO Dinstar Gateways | FXO VOIP Gateways

A VoIP system and analog lines are connected via an FXO gateway in India, which converts the analog lines into VoIP calls. Many small and medium-sized organizations have made the decision to switch to a VoIP phone system because it makes sense. the ability to make and receive calls locally and globally, expanded call features and tools, and stronger connections are the most prevalent ones.

Foreign Exchange Office, or FXO, is a port that links an FXO device to a landline phone. An FXO port is a plug found on a modem, analog fax machine, or office phone. As a result, the FXO interface generates a loop closure after receiving the POTS service from the PSTN's Central Office.

VoIP, or Voice over Internet Protocol, is a system that enables business calls via Internet connections. Compared to analog phone systems, it offers much more sophisticated call handling functions. FXO and FXS ports are used by traditional phone systems, whereas extra gateways are needed for IP phone systems

When integrating VoIP and IP telephony networks with analog phones, fax machines, and PABX, an FXS gateway is necessary. These devices are attached to the ports of an FXS gateway, which converts the lines to the VoIP provider. When connected to a central IP PBX system, FXO gateways can avoid long-distance charges by using the local landlines of your remote sites. Furthermore, if your network fails and SIP trunking to your IP-PBX fails, FXO Gateway can provide failover or fallback solution by connecting your PBX to an outside telephone line.
